The Richer Health Hotel & Wellness Centre
Reversing Disease. Restoring Health. Redefining Care.
Chronic disease and mental-health disorders now define our global health crisis — and traditional medicine isn’t reversing them.
The Richer Health Hotel & Wellness Centre is a first-of-its-kind regenerative wellness destination in Duncan, BC, where metabolic nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and Indigenous wisdom come together to reverse disease and restore balance.
Founded by Dr. Nicolette Richer, DSocSci, a globally recognized expert in metabolic nutrition and lifestyle medicine, the hotel integrates hospitality, medicine, and education to prove that prevention and reversal — not management — are the future of healthcare.
More than a hotel, this is a living model of healing, reconciliation, and regeneration — created to show the world what’s possible when we reconnect with food, nature, and community.

Bridge-Building & Indigenous Partnerships
Developed in partnership with Cowichan Tribes, Indigenous Elders, and local farmers, the Richer Health Hotel is rooted in trust, reciprocity, and long-term collaboration.
Guided by the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and Truth & Reconciliation Call to Action 92, this project integrates Indigenous teachings into every layer — from land stewardship and cuisine to education and governance.
Our intention is to create a living model of reconciliation, where Indigenous and non-Indigenous partners co-lead healing for people, community, and the planet.
