Training
Training the Next Generation of Chronic Disease Reversal Leaders
Sea to Sky Thrivers Society supports training pathways that expand access to chronic disease reversal education, metabolic nutrition, detoxification, and community-based healing.
Our work has two pathways: one for clinics and healthcare teams, and one for BIPOC and equity-deserving community leaders who want to bring healing tools back into their communities.
Clinical Chronic Disease Reversal Certification
Most practitioners are trained to manage disease. Very few are trained to reverse it.
Through Richer Health’s Clinical Chronic Disease Reversal Certification, clinics can train their entire team in one unified system rooted in metabolic nutrition, therapeutic detoxification, behaviour change, and whole-person care.
This certification program is designed for:
• clinics
• physicians
• therapists
• integrative health teams
• wellness practices
This helps clinics deliver more consistent patient outcomes, improve retention, and create new revenue pathways through chronic disease reversal programming.
Scholarships for Community Health Leaders
Healing knowledge should not be limited by income, race, geography, or access to professional networks.
Through Sea to Sky Thrivers Society, we offer scholarships for BIPOC and equity-deserving individuals to complete the Nutrition + Detox Coaching Certification Program.
This includes support for:
• BIPOC communities
• women and single parents
• people living with disabilities or chronic illness
• LGBTQ+ individuals
• economically marginalized communities
Our goal is to train and support people who want to become community-based health leaders, especially those from communities most impacted by chronic disease, mental health challenges, and systemic barriers to care.
This is education, workforce development, and health equity in action.
Building Long-Term Health Capacity
Training is central to the future of the Stay-to-Heal Health Hotel.
As the hotel grows, Sea to Sky Thrivers Society will help support an education and research centre where practitioners, community coaches, and partners can learn, teach, study, and apply regenerative approaches to health.
The goal is to build a wider network of people equipped to support healing in clinics, communities, and future Stay-to-Heal programs.
